Abstract
For the employees in the new Duluth offices of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, the agency’s mission has taken on a whole new meaning. The design of their offices in the newly restored Paulucci building takes to heart the concept of “protecting Minnesota’s environment and the quality of life of its citizens.” This building has been restored and adapted for mixed use, includes energy- and waterconserving technologies, and features a few examples of recycled and less-toxic building materials.
